城市海外社交媒体账号的内容传播和品牌传播是中国城市海外形象传播的重要环节。本研究选取106个中国知名城市作为样本,统计分析各城市在2019年保持运营的439个脸书(Facebook)、推特(Twitter)、优兔(YouTube)、照片墙(Instagram)账号的运营数据,对热门帖文进行内容分析。研究发现,珠三角、长三角、环渤海城市的账号活跃度高,及时对外宣传重大主题活动,积极弘扬中华文化、展现中国形象,“网红城市”社交媒体账号的用户黏性强。建议城市海外社交媒体账号进一步整合传播资源,加强议程设置能力,在跨文化传播中增强对文化认同策略的重视。
<<The content and brand communication of the city’s overseas social media accounts is an important part of the overseas image communication of Chinese cities. This study selected 106 well-known cities in China as samples,counted and analyzed the activity data of 439 Facebook,Twitter,Youtube and Instagram accounts that maintained operation in each city in 2019,and analyzed the content of popular posts. Studies have found that Beijing and the pearl river delta city clusters,Yangtze river delta city clusters and bohai sea cities accounts active degree is high,which actively promote the Chinese culture,showing China’s image. “Web celebrity city” social account user stickiness. This study proposes to integrate communication resources,strengthen the ability of agenda setting,pay more attention to cultural identity strategies in cross-cultural communication,and enhance two-way interaction with overseas social media users.
