伴随新冠肺炎“病毒疫情”暴发的是“信息疫情”。本研究采用问卷调查的形式,随机选取了3070位调查对象,考察了用户的社交媒体疫情信息传播模式、疫情期间的心理健康状况以及二者之间的相互作用机制。研究发现社交媒体的疫情信息使公众陷入沉浸传播,公众在疫情期间出现群体性抑郁与泛在焦虑,社交媒体“沉浸”与心理状况呈倒“U”形分布。社交媒体的传播行为与心理状况形成了互相加速的“陀螺”,越沉浸于社交媒体疫情信息,二次传播越频繁,公众心理健康状况越差,反之亦然。
<<The outbreak of COVID-19 was accompanied by an outbreak of “information outbreaks”. In this study,3070 subjects were randomly selected in the form of a questionnaire to investigate their epidemic information transmission mode on social media,mental health status during the epidemic and the interaction mechanism between them. The results showed that social media epidemic information makes the public immersed in communication,the public experienced mass depression and generalized anxiety during the epidemic,social media “immersion” has an inverted u-shaped shpae with psychological status. The communication behavior of social media and psychological state form a mutually accelerating “top”. The more immersed the epidemic information was in social media,the more frequent the secondary transmission was,and the worse the public’s mental health was,and vice versa.
