Through modular design，the product can meet the needs of different users through continuous updating in the actual use process. In this paper，The Minute Clinic system constructed by iPOCT technology in primary medical institutions can manage chronic diseases in a variety of application scenarios，which not only effectively improves the efficiency and ability of chronic diseases management，but also greatly improves the compliance and control rate of chronic diseases. The scheme has good economic benefits and can be replicated and promoted in the market.
