Medical devices are closely related to the national economy and people’s livelihood. In recent years，the medical device industry in Henan Province has developed rapidly，and its impact on economy and society is more and more obvious. In this paper，the current situation and existing problems of the medical device industry in Henan Province are analyzed，and suggestions to promote the development of the industry are put forward.
