    2018年我国助行器应用现状及发展趋势

    摘要

    目前,我国已经成为世界上老年人口最多的国家,也成为老龄化发展速度最快的国家之一。步入老年阶段后,生理机能衰退导致的神经、骨骼系统功能退化及退行性疾病(例如骨质疏松、肌无力、认知及运动控制功能衰退等),致使许多老年人的运动功能衰退,在行走、站立过程中出现重心不稳、肢体活动和协调能力下降等现象,存在跌倒这一威胁老人生命健康的重要风险,老年人的安全出行问题越来越引起社会的重视。同时,脑卒中等老年常见慢病,以及意外伤等原因也造成了运动残障人口的迅速增长,因为肢体损伤或活动受限,他们的日常行走活动或者康复训练都需要康复辅具的辅助。助行器作为一种支撑平衡、辅助行走的工具,通过辅助老年人和残疾人行走,增强其自主行动能力,起到了提高他们生活质量的重要作用,已逐渐成为最重要、最普及的康复辅具之一。本文从结构、分类、技术等方面对国内外助行器应用状况、存在的问题和发展趋势分别进行了介绍。

    Abstract

    At present,China has become the country with the most elderly population in the world,and it has become one of the countries with the fastest population aging. When it comes to getting old,the degradation of nervous and skeletal system has taken away part of function from many elderly people,leading to their loss of balance when standing and walking,makes them easy to fall and even rises many health and life risks. Therefore,the attention of society has been increasingly put on elderly safety. Meanwhile,common chronic diseases and accidental injuries have also accelerated the growth of disabled population. Because of limited mobility,the assistance of auxiliary aids is strongly required during their daily walking or rehabilitation training. As a tool to support balance and assist walking,the walking aid helps the elderly and disabled people to walk and enhance their ability to act independently. It plays an important role in improving their quality of life and has gradually become the most important and most popular rehabilitation aid. With both domestic and global vision,this paper introduces the application status,existing problems and development trends of these devices from the aspects of structure,classification and technology.
