This paper sorted out and analyzed the concentrated procurementdata of medical consumables collectedfrom 31 provinces and 334 prefecture-level cities in China. Based on the four major aspects，including concentrated procurement situationnationwide，typical concentrated procurement model，its status and tendencies，and the impact of the new policy on centralized procurement by the National Healthcare Security Administration. It summarized and revised ten modes of centralized procurement of medical consumables，sumed up the characteristics of centralized purchasing in the present stage，predictting the development trend of the future. Through which it provided model and basis for future development and perfection of concentrated procurement.
