Major security threats to the mobile platform include user privacy，mobile adware，mobile banking Trojan for finance purpose，and mobile malware for data breach and targeted mobile advanced persistent threat. The attacks against mobile devices will take advantage of mobile phishing，mobile malware and vulnerabilities. The article，with the introduction of major mobile security incidents，makes an analysis of major factors leading to mobile security threats and puts forward to some suggestions to cope with mobile threats.
