2019年移动互联网版权保护热点聚焦于网络视频、网络游戏、人工智能生成物、数字化论文、媒体、影视剧、图片、第三方网络服务提供商、数字音乐等。有关部门积极探索版权保护的新路径，严格执法，保护网络版权。2020年，应进一步建立产业细分部门的网络版权保护机制，加大移动互联网版权保护力度，出台相关的司法审判指导规则以及行业版权保护规范。
