The fraud on the mobile internet in China took on a new trend in 2019 in the terms of applications，payments，transactions，marketing activities，channels etc. Although some achievements have been made through the supervision and governance of the whole industry in 2019，the overall situation was still serious. This report analyzes several typical cases in key subdivisions in 2019，detailing the process of mobile fraud and anti-fraud. In 2020，mobile anti-fraud in China is still facing the challenges such as losing efficiency of traditional anti-fraud measures，lacking of professional talents and impacts of COVID-19. There is an urgent need to build AI-enabled anti-fraud architecture，coalition and a joint defense-control mechanism for the whole industry.
