The overall subsidence of mobile Internet content production has given Chinese farmers unprecedented discourse power. Under the background of the gradual realization of “inclusive connection” of mobile Internet，rural self-media creates conditions for the reconstruction of rural culture in two aspects，cultural consciousness and mode reconstruction，and determines the space path and time path of reconstruction. And behind the prosperity of rural self-media，some potential problems are also worthy of attention and reflection.
