Mobile internet exerted a great influence in accomplishing the task of poverty alleviation in China. The E-commerce poverty reduction measure has promoted local industrial development. Mobile internet also improved rural governance，cyberculture and equalization of public services in poor areas. 2020 is the year of ending poverty. It is important to make full advantage of mobile internet in perfecting the system of poverty-return prevention and consolidating results of targeted poverty alleviation. In addition，it is essential to exploit 5G technology to promote poor areas into digital villages and to realize agricultural and rural modernization.
