在教育治理现代化趋势下,学校自主发展受到越来越多的关注。本文以潍坊高新区16所学校共同参与的自主发展项目为研究实例,从该项目赋权、赋能两条路径并行的运作方式,以及对学校自主性提升及创新能力增长的效果入手,探讨该项目如何以科学规范的机制实现既赋权又赋能,让学校在价值感与获得感中进一步提升积极性和自主性,从而形成真实而有效的现代化多元治理机制。
<<With the modernization of education governance,the autonomous development of schools is drawing more and more attention. Taking the autonomous development project involving 16 schools in Weifang Hi-tech zone as the research example,this article discusses how the project realizes both empowerment and energization in a scientific and standardized mechanism,enhancing motivation and autonomy of schools while realizing their value,thus forming a real and effective modern multi-stakeholder governance mechanism. In specific,the paper explores the project’s mode of operation involving empowerment and energization,and analyzes the effect in the growth of autonomy and innovation ability.
