自新中国成立以来,我国相继出台了许多有关中小学生“减负”的政策,2019年,全国有24个省份各自制定中小学生“减负”实施方案。但从实践来看,当前我国中小学“减负”政策在实施中遭遇了一些现实困境,对此,需要树立科学“减负”观,增强“减负”价值共识;因地制宜完善“减负”政策和相关制度建设;扎实推进教育评价与考试招生制度改革;实现基础教育均衡、多元、选择发展。
<<Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,we have introduced many burden-reduction policies for primary and middle school students. In 2019,24 provinces and cities in China have formulated the implementation plan of these policies. In practice,however,there are some realistic difficulties. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a scientific view of “reducing the burden”,strengthen the consensus on its value,improve the policies and related system construction according to local conditions,make solid progress in the reform of educational evaluation and the examination and enrollment system,thus realizing balanced,diversified and selective development of basic education.
