In 2019，the overall situation of public opinion on education is steady on the rise and tends to be good. Educational reform has deepened and produced remarkable results while various fields of education are characterized by continuous hot spots，public opinions on emergencies and regional heated discussion. In this regard，it is suggested to strengthen the research and judgment of public opinion on education，establish a sound public opinion monitoring and early warning system with regulations，improve the emergency public opinion disposal plan，actively promote the operation and construction of new media for government affairs，and build a sound public opinion guidance system.
