中国大陆地区自2009年参加国际学生评估项目(PISA)以来,至今已有10年4届的历史。国内对PISA的关注和认识,大致有两个层面:一是对PISA测试内容、测试结果等的解读与分析,包括从学科课程内容、课程评价,影响学业成绩的因素,基础教育均衡发展等角度进行分析;二是对PISA的元认知,包括PISA背后的教育全球化价值推行等。作为一个评估项目,PISA并非无所不包,对这一点要有清楚的认识;面对一个国际项目,我们更应关注各国排名背后的教育特色,立足国内,理性借鉴。
<<Since 2009,Mainland China has participated in the Programme for International Student Assessment(PISA)for 10 years and four times. There are two aspects in domestic attention about PISA. One is the interpretation and analysis of PISA test contents and test results,including the analysis of subject curriculum contents,curriculum evaluation,factors affecting academic performance,balanced development of basic education and other perspectives. The other is the meta-cognition of PISA,including the value of education globalization promoted by PISA. As an assessment programme,PISA is not all-encompassing,which needs to be clarified. As an international project,we should pay more attention to the educational features of the countries behind the rankings and learn from them rationally based on the domestic.
