普惠性学前教育公共服务体系建设的协同治理是释放普惠性学前教育公共服务体系的最优整体功能的重要举措。面对治理主体目标与利益分化、治理主体权责划分不明、治理运行程序不畅等问题,应探寻普惠性学前教育公共服务体系多元协同治理的实现路径,促进政府、市场、社会组织、公民个人等主体间的利益协同与目标协同,形成功能互补、同向同行、协调互动的学前教育治理格局,满足人民群众对幼有所育的美好期盼。
<<The collaborative governance of the construction of the public service system of inclusive preschool education is an important measure to create a system that is greater than the sum of its parts. Considering problems such as lack of alignment among different stakeholders’ goals and interests,lack of clarity in what they can and should do,and lack of clear procedures for the collaborative governance process,we should explore the paths to realize multiple cooperative governance of the public service system of inclusive preschool education,and promote concord in interests and targets between the government,market,social organizations and individual citizens,forming a coordinated and cooperative preschool education management pattern in which all parts have different functions but the same objectives,and thus meeting people’s expectations for preschool education.
