全面改善贫困地区义务教育薄弱学校基本办学条件作为一项重大政策,是党的十八大的重要战略决策,也是中国义务教育发展阶段的必然产物,同时也是义务教育政策演进的必然结果。自2013年启动以来,经过5年的努力,2018年中国义务教育学校的办学条件彻底改变,中小学校园焕然一新,教育教学设施设备充足完善。尽管还有少量遗留问题有待解决,义务教育还存在薄弱环节需要改善,但是中国义务教育已彻底摆脱办学条件差的泥沼,走上义务教育高质量发展的新道路。
<<China launched an important policy to improve the basic schooling conditions of weak schools at compulsory education stage in poverty-stricken areas in all-around way as a significant strategy made in the 18th Chinese People’s Congress. It was considered as a necessary step in the country’s development of its compulsory education and an inevitable process of compulsory education policy evolution. Since the launch of the policy in 2013,primary and middle school conditions have seen fundamental improvements,with renovated campuses and adequate teaching facilities. Although there are still a few remaining problems and there are still weak points in compulsory education that need to be improved,China’s primary and middle schools are no longer stuck in weak schooling conditions and are ready to move onto the next stage of development focused on quality of education.
