    普通高中多样化发展的十年探索与实践

    摘要

    自《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010~2020年)》提出“推动普通高中多样化发展”以来,各级政府、教育行政部门和学校协同推进普通高中多样化发展政策落地、落实,取得了明显成效。推动普通高中多样化发展的路径包括办学体制、办学类型和培养模式多样化等三个方面,各地在路径选择上会有所侧重和取舍,主要采取抓特色建设项目促多样化发展的策略。当前,普通高中破除教育同质化痼疾和提升教育特色化水平的任务依然艰巨。普通高中学校实现多样化发展,从顶层设计上应做到“三个基于”,即基于立德树人根本任务的落实、社会发展的多元需求和科学技术的融合应用。

    Abstract

    Since Outline of China’s national plan for medium and long-term education reform and development 2010-2020 proposed to “promote the characteristic development of regular senior middle schools”,governments,education authorities and schools at all levels have made joined efforts in implementing this policy and have achieved significant results. Currently,the systems for operating schools,the types of schools and the academic models are the three main areas for diversification efforts. In this regard,different places have made different choices,but one common strategy is to focus on developing schools with their own unique features. There is still a long way to go before China’s senior middle schools are no longer homogenous and each has its own unique characteristics. To achieve this goal,this paper proposes three principles for the top-level design of diversification efforts:diversification should be based on the fundamental task of education in China,which is to foster integrity and promote rounded development of people;it should be based on needs of social development;and it should be based on integration with science and technology.
