The construction of the Tibetan，Qiang and Yi corridor of cultural industry urgently requires talents. Although the universities in seven provinces along the corridor have made great progress in the cultivation of talents for the cultural industry in the past years，there is a gap between talents cultivation and market demands. The paper claims that the gap can be filled by aiming at the cultivation of multi-level talents，clarifying the discipline relation of cultural industry，strengthening the construction of textbook on cultural industry，and promoting teacher development.
