    粤港澳大湾区供排水领域智慧水务发展现状与市场前景分析

    摘要

    当前我国社会经济发展与资源环境的矛盾突出,人均水资源短缺,粤港澳大湾区城市缺水问题突出,迫切需要新一代信息技术应用带动水务行业整体生产运营管理水平提升。智慧水务是生态文明建设的重要组成部分,是一个系统性工程,为水资源优化配置与水环境科学治理提供了重要支撑,对实现国家节水型城市建设和水务行业新旧动能转换意义重大。本文分析了我国智慧水务的现状、问题及政策支持,研究智慧水务系统的组成及国外发展情况。以粤港澳大湾区(简称大湾区)先进水务公司的智慧水务建设为例,探讨了智慧水务在生产管理、管网控漏、供水服务、运营管控等业务管理环节中的具体应用与实践,从而展望智慧水务的未来发展趋势,以及其对水务企业、行业主管单位现实的借鉴意义。

    Abstract

    At present,the contradiction between China’s socio-economic development and resources and environment is outstanding,per capita water resources are scarce,and the water shortage problem in cities in the Guangdong,Hong Kong,and Macao Greater Bay Area is prominent. Urgently,the application of next-generation information technology is required to drive the overall production and operation management of the water industry. Smart water is an important part of the construction of ecological civilization. It is a systematic project that provides important support for the optimal allocation of water resources and the scientific management of the water environment. It is of great significance for the realization of national water-saving cities and the conversion of old and new kinetic energy in the water industry. This article analyzes the status quo,problems,and policy support of smart water affairs in China,and studies the composition of smart water affairs systems and foreign developments. Taking the smart water affairs construction of Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao Greater Bay Area (referred to as the Greater Bay Area)advanced water company as an example,this article explores the specific application and application of smart water services in business management links such as production management,pipeline control,water supply services,and operation management. Practice,thus looking forward to the future development trend of smart water affairs,has practical reference significance for water affairs enterprises and industry leaders.
