    粤港澳大湾区供水管网现状分析与建设

    摘要

    作为新时代全民开放格局的推动器,粤港澳大湾区在国家经济发展和对外开放方面起着支撑引领的作用。解决水资源问题、优化供水管网建设对于粤港澳大湾区的建设十分重要。水资源时空分布的极度不均匀、严重的水资源浪费、部分河流段的污染严重,以及局部水资源的过度开发,使粤港澳大湾区的水资源在质和量上都受到不同程度的影响。本文从供水管网的改造、水资源优化配置、标准制定以及智慧管网建设四个方面对管网建设优化进行讨论,从而推动建设高质量的供水管网系统,实现更高效的水资源利用管理。

    Abstract

    The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,as a promoter of the nation-wide openness pattern in the new era and playing an important role in China’s development history,has played a supporting and leading role in the national economic development and opening up to the outside world. Network construction is essential for the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The extremely uneven spatial and temporal distribution of water resources in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,severely wasted water resources,severely polluted river sections and over-exploited local water resources have caused water resources to be affected to varying degrees in terms of water quality and quantity;cities rapid development,water quality pollution caused by new and old water pipe construction and transformation,and the optimization and construction of the water supply pipe network in the Greater Bay Area are essential. This article discusses the optimization of water network construction from the aspects of water supply network reconstruction,water resource optimization allocation,standard formulation,and smart network construction,so as to build a high-quality water supply network system and achieve more efficient water resource management.
