推动“京津研发、河北转化、河北制造”是深入推进京津冀协同发展的重要路径。河北推动“京津研发、河北转化、河北制造”以来，京津科技成果在河北转化的规模显著增加，合作领域不断扩大，转化模式不断优化，但仍存在科技成果供需对接渠道不畅、河北创新资源聚集和高效配置能力较弱，以及河北承接北京、天津科技成果转化载体呈现“散杂乱”等问题。未来，要以雄安新区为支点进一步推动“京津研发、河北转化、河北制造”。
<<Promoting “Beijing-Tianjin R&D，Hebei transformation，Hebei manufacture” is an important way to strengthen the innovation of Hebei construction and cultivate the new momentum of economic development. On the basis of full investigation，this report analyzes the situation and characteristics of “Beijing-Tianjin R&D，Hebei Transformation，Hebei Manufacturing” from the aspects of work effectiveness，cooperation field and transformation mode，analyzes the difficult problems faced by Hebei Province in promoting “Beijing-Tianjin R&D，Hebei transformation，Hebei manufacture”，and puts forward a new path to promote “Beijing-Tianjin R&D，Hebei transformation，Hebei manufacture” with Xiongan New area as the fulcrum. Finally，the concrete countermeasures and suggestions of Hebei Province to promote “Beijing-Tianjin R&D，Hebei transformation，Hebei manufacture” are put forward.
