In 2019，Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development has been implemented as a major national strategy and has been implemented for five years. In the past five years，great achievements have been made，the development strength of the three places has been enhanced，the spatial structure of coordinated development has been optimized，the core support for coordinated development has been established，and the source of power for coordinated development has been strengthened. At the same time，dilemmas such as “low-end lock-in and re-solidification” of industrial value chains，“reverse transfer and reverse dissolution” of high-end elements，lagging construction of the factor community market，and “poor microcirculation” of the policy system have also become increasingly prominent. In the future，the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei will enter a brand-new development stage of “rolling up the mountain，climbing hills and crossing obstacles，and overcoming difficulties”. The historical position and time coordinates of China’s development，regional economic growth methods and spatial structure，and the content and form of regional industrial transfer will all change. Faced with the new development situation and development requirements，how to develop and how to make breakthroughs has become the core issue that Beijing，Tianjin and Hebei must seriously consider. Based on this，this article focuses on building the macro and micro foundations for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in the new period，consolidating the main force of the c oordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in the new period，improving the development capacity and level of Hebei，and building a coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in the new period. The security system and other four aspects put forward the focus and path of promoting the high-quality and coordinated development of Beijing，Tianjin，and Hebei in the new period.
