This report analyzes the role Yulin plays in the Pearl River-Xijiang River Economic Belt. Yulin actively integrates into both achievements and issues of the economic belt. On this basis，as how Yulin develops itself into a new height in the opening-up and cooperation in the economic belt，the paper puts forward the suggestions such as deeply integrating into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area，improving the layout and the channel of the opening-up and cooperation，forging exported-oriented industrial systems and new trade strengths，expanding the opening-up and cooperation in key areas，etc.
