The Pilot Free Trade Zone has been the first to try since its establishment for 6 years，and has obtained remarkable results. The reform experience in 171 items has been replicated throughout the country，and the institutional spillover effect has been remarkable. It has played an active leading role in creating a law-based，international and convenient business environment. The Pilot Free Trade Zone is exploring through various pilot zones to deepen the reform and innovation and drive the formation of a new pattern of reform and opening up at a higher level in China. Faced with Sino-US trade frictions，the core issues of the reform of the Pilot Free Trade Zone are embodied as to take the tax reform as a focus of reforms in the Pilot Free Trade Zone under Sino-US trade frictions，and as to the potential risk control under the free flow of capital. As the frontier of China’s opening up，the Pilot Free Trade Zone should push the reform and further improve its system in restructuring global value chains，and at the same time，the government should act positively in major technological changes and globalization.
