To cure the poor，first cure the ignorant，first support wisdom to help the poor. At the different stages of enrollment，learning and training，and graduation and employment，corresponding measures and intervention measures are taken to help poor college students. Colleges and universities should focus on concept guidance，ability guidance，information service，policy support，financial support，post assistance and other supporting measures from the perspective of the whole employment process. More attention should be paid to the implementation of accurate assistance in the aspects of information improvement，mechanism establishment and program support，so as to promote better employment of poor college students in a better position and higher quality.
