通过对调研数据的分析,本文发现建档立卡贫困人口中大学毕业生在就业应聘花费方面存在较大差异,本科毕业生的花费支出高于高职高专毕业生,非“双一流”本科高校毕业生的花费高于“双一流”高校毕业生;并且存在着38。45%的人认为超出了自身承受能力。在就业发展及获取帮助方面,家人是第一位支持要素;就业优势因素是吃苦耐劳的品质以及有相关实习和工作经历等。建档立卡贫困人口中的大学生在工作搜寻过程中,学校与政府提供的就业创业服务还有待加强,尤其是共青团组织在青年就业创业知识讲座和信息服务平台建设方面亟须加强关注。为了更好地提升建档立卡贫困人口中大学毕业生就业创业的水平和对就业创业服务的满意程度,政府层面要用制度保障就业公平;毕业院校要完善就业指导和相关培训内容;毕业生个人也要积极拓展就业思路。
<<In the poor population,college students are the focus of social support. Especially in the graduation stage,we focus on employment costs and outcomes,whether the cost exceeds their affordability,how well they search for jobs,whether they find more satisfactory jobs,and whether they achieve their goals. Through the analysis of the survey data,it is found that there are great differences in the employment expenses of college graduates in the poor population:the cost of undergraduates is higher than that of vocational college graduates;the cost of non “double first-class” college graduates is higher than that of “double first-class” college graduates. In terms of employment development and assistance,family members are still the first support factor;and employment advantage factors are still hard-working quality and relevant internship and work experience. In the process of job search,the employment and entrepreneurship services provided by schools and governments need to be strengthened. In particular,the Communist Youth League Organizations should pay more attention to the knowledge lectures on youth employment and entrepreneurship and the construction of mobile information service platform for youth employment and entrepreneurship. In order to better improve the employment level and satisfaction degree of university graduates in the poor population,the government should use the system to guarantee employment equity. At the same time,graduate institutions should improve employment guidance and related training content;Graduates should also actively expand employment thinking.
