调查发现,多数建档立卡贫困人口中大学生认同社会公正,求职态度积极,但就业歧视问题客观存在,且在不同学校、学历和性别的建档立卡贫困人口大学生中有所差异。建议完善法律法规、加强就业教育引导、畅通高职高专学生成长发展渠道、高度关注女大学生心理调适等建议措施,以消除就业歧视,营造公平就业环境,促进建档立卡贫困人口中大学生的就业发展。
