The subjective economic level of college students who from the poverty families of file establishment is low and the high education costs is the main causes of students’ family poverty. In order to improve the living conditions，the poor college students have adopted various forms of anti-poverty behaviors. Among them，obtaining a stable and high-quality job is an important means for poor college students to combat poverty，however，the conservative concepts of employment and introverted personality limit the students’ employability and affect their employment quality. It is suggested that we should adopt a multi-stage，early intervention and go-out way to help the poor college students promoting the employment development on all aspects and accurately.
