This survey found that the employability of college students in the registered poor population has been cultivated through participating in social practice and receiving guidance on employment and entrepreneurship；however，there are still some problems that need to be concerned，including lack of professional interest，lack of basic skills and personal expertise，limited access to employment，lack of understanding of employment policies，etc. It is suggested that we should optimize the policies for the promotion of employability，innovate the talent cultivation model，improve the employment guidance system，actively promote the entrepreneurial practice and strengthen the cultivation of positive psychological quality.
