With the rapid development of intelligent technology，the development of smart cities around the world is at an important turning point. After nearly a decade of experimentation and exploration，global urban intelligentization has made remarkable progress，and high-income cities have a significant advantage in terms of technological infrastructure and digital applications. However，some developing cities in Asia are rapidly emerging. It will become the center of the future global smart city movement.
