英国剑桥大学剑桥风险研究中心于2015年发布《劳埃德2015～2025年世界城市风险预测指数》，评估了2015～2025年十年全球301个主要城市的22项人为和自然威胁造成的损失。301个城市中包含了36个中国城市。该中心预计，在此期间，所有样本城市的GDP为373万亿美元，其中所有威胁造成的损失为4。6万亿美元。有11个中国城市位于绝对损失风险（风险GDP）前50位，有10个中国城市位于相对损失风险（风险GDP占城市GDP的比重）前50位。
<<The Cambridge Risk Research Centre of the University of Cambridge，UK，published the World Cities Risk Index 2015-2025 in 2015，and they assess 22 man-made and natural threats in 301 major cities around the world from 2015 to 2025including 36 Chinese cities. The center estimates that from 2015 to 2025，the GDP of all sample cities will be 373 trillion U.S. dollars，while the loss caused by all threats，that is，GDP @ risk is 4.6 trillion U.S. dollars（GDP@risk= P x C，which is the probability of threats multiply the possible loss after the occurrence）. According to the report，there are 11 Chinese cities in the top 50 in the terms of total GDP @ risk and 10 cities rank in the top 50 from the perspective of relative GDP @ risk（cities GDP @ risk as a percentage of GDP）.
