In 2019，the provincial mainstream media in Hebei Province seriously implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s relevant speech requirements，actively responded to the development trend of the era of all media，and continued to promote the in-depth development of media integration，the “Jiyun” financial media went online，pushing the “one network” and “one cloud” goals forward one step，and the cohesion effect was further shown. However，the provincial mainstream media has not deeply achieved integration in the true sense，and there were still repeated construction and competition in the same industry. The task of further emancipating the mind，pioneering and innovating in the spirit of self-revolution，and promoting the application of technologies such as 5G，artificial intelligence，blockchain and other technologies to achieve the in-depth integration and development of provincial mainstream media and building a new pattern of communication is still a difficult task.
