In 2010,the average income of Shanghai women surveyed was 7838.9 yuan,and their average family income was 20100 yuan,ranking second among the 10 cities in September. 45.1 percent women's income increased. 52.2 percent felt satisfied with their income. 72.8 percent were satisfied with their job,work satisfaction score was 3.9,higher than the 10 cities' average. 89.2 percent felt work pressure. Their living surrounding score was 15.44,ranking 5th among the 10 cities. 72 percent felt their life happy,their sense of happiness scored 3.86,ranking 6th among the 10 cities. They considered the happiest things were: keeping family members healthy,family harmonious and work smooth. Their life quality score was 78.9,ranking 5th among the 10 cities. 54.8 percent women hope to increase income so as to improve life quality. <<
