Using the Internet，big data，artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to solve the current health “pain point” and “difficulties” has become a consensus of all walks of life. This report reviewed the concept and scope of Telehealth，focusing on the development of Telemedicine. We analyzed the driving forces of demand，supply，policy，and capital，the effectiveness in improving the efficiency and quality of services and management of providers，increasing the supply healthcare services（including improving the ability of doctors），and promoting health governance，and pointed out the challenges faced in terms of policy，law，market and technology.
