The development of health care system is significant foundation for the development of health industry. In 2017，the number of health institutions，hospital beds，and health personnel was increased gradually，the level of health service utilization and health financing equity was improved significantly，and residents' health financial burden was decreased. However，the health system in China is still facing several challenges，such as the epidemiological transition，population aging，the fragmentation of health service provision system，and the unbalanced，insufficient development among different regions. In order to address these challenges，an integrated health system should be developed，the implementation of five major reform measures should be deepen，so as to transmit the module of health development，and boost the development of health care consequently.
