In April 2017，the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have decided to establish the Xiong’an New Area in Hebei Province. It is another New Area of national significance after the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the Shanghai Pudong New Area. How to break through the existing financial policy framework，improve the financial innovation system，provide a better support for the development of the real economy of Xiong’an New Area，and estabilish a smart cities will become the top priority of financial work in the future. Under the background of the reform of the existing financial system and the opening-up of the financial industry，this report systematically analyzes the financial innovation and development environment of Xiong’an New Area，with drawing on the financial development experience of Shanghai Pudong New Area and Shenzhen Special Economic Zone，and puts forward several specific implementation paths of the financial innovation and development of Xiong’an New Area，including the formulation of the financial planning and development blueprint，the improvement of the regulatory framework and the overall financial resources，development capital market and broadening financing channels，strengthen opening up and activation financial market，optimization financial ecology and increasing development potential
