Based on historical experience，our government has put forward the concept of being ruled by politics and law in the 18th National Congress Report when building government integrity，which has promoted the rapid development of the construction. However，there are still some problems such as poor enforcement of law-based administration of government，incomplete information disclosure，inefficient government services，and imperfect supervision system. By analyzing the connotation and nature of the integrity of government issues，this report，in the aspect of internet technology，based on the New Public Service Theory，will focus on government service reform to explore ways to improve the integrity of government issues.
