    中国旅游住宿业非标住宿品牌案例与商业模式研究

    摘要

    近年来,随着国民旅游收入的增加,整个住宿市场的交易规模不断扩大,非标住宿领域增长尤甚。据悉,中国共享住宿市场交易额已从2014年的19亿元增至2018年的165亿元。在经历2018年的发展热潮之后,2019年整个非标住宿市场开始趋于平缓,资本和消费者均回归理性,标准化进程加快和行业监管加强成为行业关键词。2019年,文化和旅游部正式发布旅游行业标准《旅游民宿基本要求与评价》,加强了对卫生、安全、消防等方面的要求以及健全了退出机制;各省(区、市)民宿监管政策分类细化也持续推进,带领整个非标住宿市场进入调整规范期。另外,共享民宿平台相继发布升级后的房源审核机制,提升运营规范程度和安全性;头部品牌则通过标准化赋能、产业链培育以及海内外市场和资源获取,来实现客源需求的有效满足、闲置空间的有效激活以及文化遗存的有机活化。

    Abstract

    In recent years,with the increase of national tourism income,the transaction scale of the entire accommodation market has continued to increase,especially in the non-standard accommodation sector. It is reported that the transaction value of China’s shared accommodation market has increased from 1.9 billion RMB in 2014 to 16.5 billion RMB in 2018. After the development boom in 2018,the entire non-standard accommodation market has begun to flatten in 2019,both capital and consumers have returned to rationality,accelerated standardization and strengthened industry supervision have become industry keywords. In 2019,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism officially released the tourism industry standard “Basic Requirements and Evaluations for Tourist Homestays”,which strengthened the requirements on health,safety,fire protection,etc.,and improved the exit mechanism;the classification and refinement of the local province’s homestay supervision policies continued to advance,which drove the entire non-standard accommodation market into the adjustment period. In addition,the shared homestay platform has successively released the upgraded house review mechanisms to improve the degree of operation standardization and safety;Head non-standard accommodation brand have achieved effectively satisfaction customer demand,effective activation of idle space,and organic activation of cultural relics through standardized empowerment,cultivation of the industrial chain,and access to markets and resources at home and abroad.
