    中国旅游住宿业高端酒店品牌案例与商业模式研究

    摘要

    2019年,资产交易活跃是高端酒店市场最大特点之一,如万豪国际集团收购纽约W酒店、洲际酒店集团收购六善、华住酒店集团收购德国集团DeutscheHospitality等。市场依然处于“跑马圈地”的竞争格局,高端品牌深挖一、二线城市的同时,纷纷下沉三、四线城市布局。开元酒店集团上半年签约68家酒店,酒店已基本实现全国覆盖;洲际酒店集团新签约24家酒店,加速西北市场以及大湾区布局。同时,依靠资源整合、转让交易、资本运营及品牌推新等方式,市场格局加快重组、整合效率快速提升,在提质增效时代推动产业格局深刻改变。

    Abstract

    In 2019,active asset trading is one of the biggest characteristics of the high-end hotel market. Marriott International Group acquired W Hotel in New York,InterContinental Hotels Group acquired Six Senses,and Huazhu Hotel Group acquired German group Deutsche Hospitality and so on. The market is still in a “racing enclosure” competition pattern. While high-end brands are digging into first-and second-tier cities,they are also sinking into third-and fourth-tier cities. New century Hotel Group signed 68 hotels in the first half of the year,and the hotel has basically achieved national coverage;InterContinental Hotels Group signed 24 new hotels to accelerate the layout of the Northwest market and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. At the same time,the market relies on methods such as resources integration,transactions transfer,capital operations,and brand new to accelerate the restructuring of the market structure and the rapid improvement of integration efficiency,driving a profound change in the industrial structure in the era of quality and efficiency.
