发现、培养、选拔、使用年轻干部是加强领导班子和干部队伍建设的基础性工程,是党的事业后继有人和国家长治久安的重大战略任务。江苏省在推进年轻干部队伍建设时进行了许多创新探索,取得了显著成效。针对当前存在的年轻干部数量不足、成长经历单一、隐性台阶较多、培养与选拔脱节等问题,要树立系统性思维和整体性思路,拓宽选人视野渠道,增强培养锻炼实效,源源不断选拔使用适应新时代要求的优秀年轻干部,为党和国家事业注入新的生机活力。

Jiangsu province has done many creative explorations to achieve significant results in cadre team building. There are also many problems in cadre team building,such as insufficient quantity,single growth experience,invisible steps,or poor connection between cultivation and use. To solve these problems,it is necessary to establish a holistic and systematic approach,broaden channels of selecting cadres,enhance the effectiveness of cultivation,make heavy use of young cadres whom could cope with the development of new era. Only in this way,China can be full of activities.
