With the goal of making basic public services universal，essential，equitable and sustainable，Jiangsu has fully implemented the list of basic public services，continuously improved its ability in co-construction and quality in sharing，so a basic public service system that covers all people has been built initially in the province，and a series of “Jiangsu standard” have been generated. However，in terms of system construction，standard setting，promotion mechanism and integration，there are still some weak parts in the standardization construction of basic public services in Jiangsu. Therefore，it is necessary to improve the standardization system of basic public services as soon as possible，carry out standardization pilot，form a pattern of multiple participation through standardization and standardization，strengthen the joint force of planning and construction，and actively promote legislation in related areas of basic public services.
