2018年以来,随着“一带一路”建设由“大写意”进入“工笔画”阶段,江苏省迅速打造了高质量推进“一带一路”交汇点建设的“1+5+1”政策文件框架体系进行顶层设计。在与共建“一带一路”国家的互联互通方面也取得了不少新成绩:战略对接更加深入,经贸往来持续扩大,人文交流更加密切,标杆项目效果初现。虽然江苏在国家信息中心测评的“一带一路”参与度中处于上升趋势,但总体处于第二方阵,与第一方阵的广东、上海相比,在服务全国“一带一路”建设大局方面,还存在很大的提升空间。因此,本文提出要以扬长补短的思维,通过提升供应链服务沿线国家能级、完善综合立体交通网络、更深入地参与沿线重大项目建设、实施交汇点影响力建设计划和探索自贸试验区特色创新等措施,推动江苏省更好地发挥东西双向开放优势,将其打造成具有全球影响力的“一带一路”交汇点。

Therefore,this article proposes that we should maximum the advantages and make up the weakness,through improving the level of supply chain services,improving the integrated three-dimensional transport network,more in-depth participation in the construction of major projects along the route,the impact of the implementation of the impact of the impact of the intersection construction plan and the exploration of pilot free trade zone innovation and other measures to bring the east and west two directions openness superiority into full and built the point of intersection of “the Belt and Road” of global influence.
