2019 is the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. It is also the key year for us to win the high-level building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. Whether Jiangsu’s economic growth rate can be maintained within a reasonable growth range is of great significance for Jiangsu to effectively respond to the challenges brought by environmental changes at home and abroad，and to promote the “six high-quality” development. This article analyzes the main characteristics of Jiangsu’s economic operation since 2018，and explains the positive and negative factors that affect Jiangsu’s economic growth at present and in the future. And it also researches and judges the reasonable economic growth interval of Jiangsu in 2019，and proposes countermeasures to maintain the reasonable economic growth interval and tap the potential of Jiangsu.
