大数据安全是影响大数据发展的关键因素之一，而大数据安全的评估成为需要重点关注的问题。针对大数据安全的评估，本文在梳理国内外大数据安全发展态势的基础上，从安全制度、安全设施、安全能力、安全生态四个维度出发，构建大数据安全指标体系，旨在从地方发展实际出发量化大数据安全发展状况，并寻找其中主要影响因素。
<<Big data security is one of the key factors affecting the development of big data. The assessment of big data security should be put at the top of the agenda. Based on the development trends of big data security home and abroad，the paper establishes an indicator system of big data security index from the four dimensions（i.e.，security system，security facility，security capacity and security environment），in a bid to quantify the big data security development from the local reality and identify the major factors affecting it.
