With the convening of the national education conference and the education conference in developed regions，their education modernization goals in 2035 has become an important basis for the pace of education modernization in developed regions. This research adopts literature research and investigation method，and introduces the vivid practice of promoting education modernization from the perspectives of education equity，education quality，education openness and education innovation in the four regions such as Beijing，Shanghai，Shenzhen，and Hangzhou. To modernize education by 2035，the four regions need to make efforts in the following eight aspects：to realize comprehensive and free development of human beings as the value pursuit of education modernization；to gather major issues to accomplish the major tasks of educational modernization；to strengthen and improve the monitoring and evaluation of education modernization；to promote education information and education internationalization level；to form a regional community by education collaboration；to condense the regional development model of education modernization On the basis of development experience in various regions；to realize the high integration of education modernization and urban modernization；to reflect the function of serving the whole country and the high-quality development for the education modernization in developed areas.
