Based on the ten years survey data of parents’ educational satisfaction in Beijing，the study finds that the satisfaction of students and parents to Beijing’s basic education has been on the rise in the past ten years. The safety of schools，the degree of students’ liking for schools，the standardization of educational fees and so on have been highly recognized by students and parents. And the satisfaction score on publicity of educational information，the layout of schools and the school entrance policy have been highly increased. However，students and parents are less satisfied with the balanced development of compulsory education，kindergarten entrance issue，the use of social resources for education，and the surrounding environment of schools，and think that there are still a certain range of irregularities in schools. It is suggested that we should further expand high-quality educational resources and promote the balanced development of compulsory education；further plan the layout of kindergartens in an overall way to gradually alleviate the difficulties of entering kindergartens；intensify overall coordination efforts to solve the problems of social resources used in education and the surrounding environment of schools；strengthen the supervision and management of school running in a standardized way so as to promote students’ all-round and healthy development.
