The National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Program provides basis and direction for the deepening of vocational education reform. Current measures and problems of vocational education in Beijing are analyzed；relevant suggestions are given in terms of defining the position of vocational education in the new era，strengthening the legislation construction of vocational education，improving the modern vocational education system，constructing the vocational education standards in Beijing，deepening integration of production and education and school-enterprise collaborative education，and strengthening the system guarantee construction；the deepening of vocational education reform of Beijing is promoted；and the characteristic，high-end，integrative and international development is realized.
