Extend the poverty alleviation industry chain，and strengthen the correlation between deqingyuan enterprises and related industries；To coordinate the relationship between the development of layer breeding industry and environmental protection；The operating companies in poverty-stricken counties are given certain autonomy to improve the effect of poverty alleviation.
