From the supply side and the demand side，the Winter Olympics provides a good opportunity for the development of the ice and snow sports industry. At the same time，the fierce regional competition is also a challenge for the ice and snow sports industry in Beijing. In order to realize the orientation of Beijing’s ice and snow sports industry，we should improve the policy guidance system，focus on the key sectors，strengthen crisis management，improve the service quality of venues，strengthen personnel training，regional industrial cooperation and other policy suggestions.
